Single Issue App upload problem: the info.plist must include the uinewsstandapp=true.(1091)

Uploading single issue app got error message from Application Loader

 

To include newsstand features ,the info.plist must include the uinewsstandapp=true.(1091)

 

Single Issue app (ver 15) don't enable NewsStand features, right ?
