'Slice Options' Short Cut

Does anyone know if there is a shortcut to the 'Slice Options' pane OR how one can be created?

    By default the shotcut are not present for the slice options, but you can define the new shortcut for the same ,from edit-->keyborad shortcut

    Edit>Keyboard Shortcuts>Menu Commands>Objects>Slice>Slice Options and add the shortcut of your choice.
