Accessibility Feature Missing in Acrobat Pro X

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Professional X ver10.1.1, Windows XP SP3

When I convert a Word 2010 document to a PDF and open the PDF, I understand I should see Tools>Accessibility down the right side of the screen. I do see Tools and serveral things below it but Accessibility is not one of them.

Any suggestions?

Click the options menu on the top right corner of the Tools Pane, and you can select which panels are visible.

This is the screenshot for what Dave has suggested above. Check the "Accessibility" to make it visible.
