Custom caption boxes not displaying correctly

I created some custom caption boxes for incorrect/correct quiz questions and they aren't displaying quite right. The 'X' and the 'Check mark' have a few pixels being distorted. I'm assuming it's from the text scaling the box bigger because when I drag the box bigger it totally distorts it. Do I need to set the margins in the FCM file so that the text doesn't blow up the image? The image attached shows the caption boxes displayed correctly at the top and the ones at the bottom are how they look in CP.

Thanks

Hi there

I think what you are seeing is artifacting after the 9 slice scaling kicks in. It will indeed skew the images.

I think if I were in your shoes, I'd simply forgo the text bit and include it as part of the image itself. Then simply size the image accordingly.

Cheers... Rick

Yea I'm not sure why I didn't think of doing that before.

Thanks!
