Thank you for contacting us hawkmp !
If you publish from Muse it by default publishes in Business catalyst. however as you want the files to be published on an FTP server then It can be achieved by first publishing it to an HTML and then using an FTP client (Like filezilla) to upload the file to the server and that would work fine.
How to do the HTML publish is in file option there is Export as HTML, you can use this option to get the file and how to upload in ftp is mentioned in the document below :-

Hope this helps !

Thanks. You are absolutely correct and that's how I've been creating my site for upload to my server. The problem is that on my server the site is not visible and broken into segments that run vertical and certainly not resembling the exact same published site on biz catalyst. I have done this successfully in the past with all the previous versions of Muse. It seems to a bug in version 7 as I called this out when version 7 was posted.
In fact one of Danni's webinar tutorials ram into this exact problem and it was the webinar where she introduced the version 7 changes.
Sorry but your information about export as HTML is something I learned about in a very early version as this does not answer my question. I did post this issue back when Adobe launched version 7.

Attached is the Developer Console display in Chrome when attempting to view your www.ihawkeye.com/testsite/index.html site. 403 indicates an access permissions violations. The folders uploaded to your server have the wrong permission settings and thus the browser can't access the files it needs to properly display your site.
