CS6 froze...

...when I attempted to show the mask overlaying the image (shift alt click on mask)

    Did it crash or just stop responding?

    Hi pattie. It just stopped responding. It was a canon 5dmkii raw file with a few layers - the s/w attempted to render the red transparent mask view but only managed to paint some large square blocks on screen before freezing. I waited ages before deciding to force a software close via task manager. Windows 7 - new Samsung Laptop 8gb memory - i5 processor NVidia Graphics card.  It worked ok after a reboot - but I've been nervous about trying it again due to precious time being lost on long edits. I'm not looking for a solution - just thought I'd be helpful by reporting beta bugs.

    Thanks for reporting. Can you please cut and paste your system info found in Photoshop at Help> System Info into this thread for me to look at?
