I have been trying to watch videos on some websites and I have downloaded the latest version of flash player as requested and I still cannot watch the videos...I get the same message that I need to download the latest version of flashplayer.
Where would one find the "hardware accelerations" settings? I created another thread on this same topic before finding this one. I am running Win7-64bit, trying to view movie trailers from many different locations, and other videos, but youtube works fine. I use Chrome and Firefox both for browsers, and the issue is in both.
***Edit*** I found out where the hardware acceleration issue was, I disabled it and my issues have been resolved in all of my browsers.

Thanks for posting back. If disabling hardware acceleration resolves the problem, you might be able to update your video drivers and re-enable it for better performance.
Windows: how do I update the device driver for my video/display adapter?
