I downloaded the Master Suite first as a trial, then purchased with code and I cannot find the Encore library file in my folders.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling Encore or the entire Master Collection?

Uninstalling and reinstalling Encore didn't work. I'm now going to try uninstalling the entire Master Suite and reinstalling it.
