importing a 3d object problem

Hi , when i import a 3d layered psd file in AE ,it import it as a 2d layer, i`ve read the forum , and i make everything what i`ve seen.I`m using photoshop and AE CS4 my video card is Ati Radeon HD 2400 with the latest drivers installed , and in AE in OpenGL section seems everything OK, and i can`t explain my self where is the problem?Any ideas?

    You dont offer much information, but I suspect you are importing incorrectly.  make sure you are importing the PSD as a composition, and that the Live 3D option is checked in the import dialog box.

    Yes I import it as a composition with the live 3d option checked, i forget to tell you , this is not the problem

    and the same PSD file i import it to other computer (at work) and there is no problem, everything is fine, this make me think the problem is not in the PSD file

    Could still be a graphics card problem. Does it work, when you disable AE's own OpenGL completely?

    MMh, strange. Havce you considered downgrading the graphics driver, i.e. use an older version? Did this workflow actually ever work on your system?

    I downgraded my driver and nothing. I try to use this function before a month ago , and don`t work. Today i will try to install a windows Xp and the original drivers for the graphics card and i`ll see is there any difference.
