how to broadcast live camera streaming

Hi,

I am new in flash and have a project of virtual classroom, which consists white board, video streaming (Teacher and Students) and chat component. I want to capture video from web cam of teacher and students by using flash and publish it on my virtual classroom. can any one help me to do this functionality.

Thanks Shiraz for your very helpful reply..pl also guide me if I want to add controll of audio and video...like if teacher want to disable audio or video of any student..
