OK, I don't think I'm following the recipe properly...
The website was created by someone else, so it already had the menu bar. The menu bar works online. I copied the files onto my computer, and then when I open the pages in DW, the problem happens.
I've looked at the code, but it looks correct (I compared it to the code for a new a new test page with meunu bar that I created) - here it is...

<p class="style36">These classes are open level classes which means that anyone can attend from beginners to more advanced practitioners. I will offer variations in some postures so that more advanced students can push themselves harder if they wish. You don't need to be flexible or particularly co-ordinated to start yoga. Positive change happens surprisingly quickly, and beginners can learn and enjoy a yoga class alongside more experienced students. Each student works to their particular level of experience and capacity, and will be adjusted and instructed appropriately. Class numbers are kept low, with a maximum of six students to ensure all of them receive appropriate help.</p>
<p class="style36">No knowledge of yoga is necessary although a basic level of fitness is advised. If you do have injuries or conditions that you think should be taken into consideration, please consult your doctor first. Please also let me know in confidence in advance to make me aware of any conditions that need consideration.</p>
<p class="style36">Classes are on Tuesday mornings during term time from 9.15 am-10.30am. Classes are bookable using the <a href="forms/reg_form_yoga.pdf" target="_blank" class="style35">booking form</a> on this website. 6 classes to be paid in advance £84.</p>
<p class="style36">Private one hour classes also available on request £60 or £70 if I come to you.</p>
