Highlighting specific co-ordinates output in a pdf file.

Hi,

 

    Can any one help me to highlight the words between the co-ordinates. I can successfully get the co-ordinates.
 
   Now i want to highlight the specific co-ordiate output in pdf file.

 

 

   Hope some one can give me solution for my query.
