Problems scanning from HP Photosmart Prem C309n-s scanner program, from PSE

Since I changed the connection of my HP Scanner/Printer from USB to wireless, I can't scan using the HP scanner program from within PSE anymore, and I really like it. After HP tried to make it work for over an hour, he told me I'd have to contact you for help. Can you help me, please? My scanner (HP Photosmart Prem C309n-s) is recognized by PSE, and I can scan from my desk top with it, but I cannot scan from it with PSE.
