I'm using both Lightroom and Photoshop to edit and add cutlines for a journalism class. Can anyone tell me the best way to go about this. I want my images cropped to a certain size with a one sentence description of the photo embedded in the file data.*
Thanks for any input... my assignment is due tonight in about 8 hours time.
Cropping is performed from the Develop module of Lightroom, I'm not sure what type of help you are looking for as for cropping. You can choose a specific aspect ratio for your crops, if that is what you are wondering, it's with the rest of the crop settings that appears when you select the crop tool.
If you are looking to add the text to the metadata of the image, and not printed on the image itself, then you can do that from the Library module of LR. Caption is probably where you would want to put this kind of informaiton.
