External Backup Drive

Hi. When I import my photos to an external drive from a card reader, I always backup the photos to a second external drive. How do I get rid of the folder that shows the date of import on the backup drive? (I don't have this problem with the initial drive) I'd like the two drives to mirror each other.

I'd like the two drives to mirror each other.

That's not an option for the second copy, unfortunately. You can only change the target directory manually.

Actually, I consider the second copy more as a safety measure until your normal backup (retaining the original folder organization) kicks in, than a primary backup.
