Maintain effects orientation

Tags:It would be great to have a setting to keep effects appearance tied its current shape.
In Illustrator when you for example drop a shadow and you rotate the shape the effect still points to the original location:
This is annoying when I have to rotate entire layouts to impose for prepress jobs, all the shadows get altered and the final resulting artwork is wrong. Actually I have to manually edit each of the shadows and invert the X and Y axis to get the same look the client wants.
Would be great to have an extra option to enable like the "Scale strokes & effects".
