Unfortunately, this is still an issue. We've been working with Apple and ATI to get this resolved but there isn't a fix at this point in time.
However, you should be able to work around this by using the native Flash Player control panel in your system preferences. Open this panel, then select the "Camera and Mic" tab. Next click the "Camera and Microphone Settings by Site..." button and find the website you'd like to allow camera access. Select the website, then change the drop down box from "Ask me for permission" to "Allow"
