Panels jump beneath OSX Toolbar

The panels all of a sudden have jumped beneath the OSX Toolbar.

 

Cannot grab the top part of the panels to move them.

 

I am on OSX Lion 10.3.7 running the latest Muse 7.0.1 on dual screen monitors.

    It's been a week.  Still having this issue... any replies at all?

    Hi Sean,

     

    Thanks for your patience. Please try recreating the Muse Preferences. This should reset the panels position.

     

    1. Quit Muse.
    2. Go to [username]:Library:Preferences and drag the AdobeMuse folder to your desktop.
    3. Launch Muse (the preferences folder will be recreated).

     

    Also, just to clarify, Muse requires Mac OS 10.6 or higher: http://muse.adobe.com/tech-specs.html

    Yes that was a typo, I have Mac OS 10.7.3

     

    I do not have any folders called "Library" within my [username] folder.

     

    I did find Library under "Macintosh HD"... however no Muse folders or files exist within the Preferences folder.

     

    Please advise?

    Your shared drive is not your username folder. Instead, go to Macintosh HD:Users:[username]:Library:Preferences folder, or in the Finder menu choose Go > Home which will open your username folder.

     

    The username folder is the home folder for whatever user account you use to log into your computer.

    Yeah, I just don't see a Library folder inside of [username].  See screenshot.

    Go to the menu "Go", open it and press the alt-key. Now you can see the menu-entry "library". Select this entry and go on as Corey explained it.

    Good find, thanks mac_heibu.

     

    I moved the folder to my desktop and reopened Muse.  The panels are now draggable.
