That new screenshot of LR helps. We can see that the white point is entirely off just by looking at the histogram, instead of displaying as grey, it's displaying as pink. Lightroom is a color managed application, I don't know about ACDSee, but I doubt it. What profile are you using for your display? Have you calibrated your monitor?
Photoshop is also color managed. This means that are affected by your monitor profile, while non-color managed applications are not.
Drivers are software that control hardware. Software, like LR and PS, do not have drivers.
Reinstalling is not going to fix this.
You need to disable the monitor profile you are using.

When I rebooted this morning, I had a Windows Update notice. One of those pending updates was for NVIDIA, So , after the update and reboot it's workingf fine now.
In conclusion; It appears that the GPX 470 driver had to be updated and patched by Window 7 in order to work properly with the new Motherboard.
