How can I get my ipad3 to convert text to speech from a pdf

I have pdf documents on my ipad3 and would like to connvert text to speech. Not sure how I would do this. Could some kind person tell me????

    Hi,

     

    Adobe Reader currently doesn't support Text to Speech, but we have added this to our database for consideration in a future release.
