To install Adobe Acrobat 9 or 10 on a Windows 7 to end the error shows up 0X8007370A.

On which OS are you trying to install Acrobat?

In Windows 7 32 bits.

That's a Windows crash, probably failing to access the registry or instal la driver. Make sure to run with sufficient user privileges.

What does the crash report say exactly? Please pick up the pertinent info from Windows Event Viewer and we may be able to advise more specifically.
