Cannot paste point form text!

Reader 10.1.3, cannot paste readable text in point form! Works fine with normal text.  Properties: authorized to copy.

    Reader 10.1.3 (as well as version 9.x), cannot always paste readable text from Acrobat Reader to Word or PPT (2010).

    Properties in Reader: authorized to copy.  I am running on Windows 7 and my OS is up-to-date.

    The problem with the paste is random!

    Sometimes I cannot paste the first line of a paragraph, sometimes the first line is OK, but the rest of the paragraph doesn’t paste correctly (unreadable characters)!

    Anyone have a solution?
