As far as I know, I haven't changed my own password or username, and the Folio Builder Panel has decided I can't login anymore. Its been like this for over 24 hours and I can't get any work done.
I've tried creating a brand new Adobe ID, the sign in wheel just keeps spinning. I've even tried re-installing the Extensions, no luck.
Oddly enough I can sign into the Digital Publishing Suite online, and the Content Viewer on iPad.
What's going on Adobe?
You might want to try removing the temp folio folders in preferences. On a Mac, delete the folders in the Re: Can't sign into Folio Builder for last 24 hours > Library > Preferences > StageManager.[numbers] > Local Host. See I'd that let's you sign in.
I've still had no luck with this. I've ran all updates on InDesign and all pretty much everything on my Mac. Repaired permissions, deleted the temp folio numbers (really thought that would do it). I even had our IT guy looking into this and he was a little stumped as to why the signin panel is just now spinning around with no option to even eneter a new username/password.
Is there a simple way to completely uninstall these Extensions? I mean do a full delete and clean install? Can't actually locate where these entensions live.
