Export folio (zip) fails

I'm trying to download the ZIP-file, but so far I'm only getting time-outs.

 

First try it stopped at 74%

Second try at 51%

Third time it stopped at 28%

Fourth time: 38%

Fifth time: 11%

Sixth time: 5%

Seventh time: 8%

 

I tried Chrome, Firefox, IE9 and Safari.
