PSE 10 hangs up constantly.

Esp when opening up files and when saving multiple files to .jpg

    OS version?

     

    What are the exact steps you're doing?  What do you mean by "saving multiple files to .jpg"?

     

    Did the Editor ever work OK?

    Hi Ken,

     

    Yes, the editor has working in the past.  I'm using PSE10 and Windows 7.

     

    I shoot camera raw.  So I process aobut 10 photos at a time in raw from organizer then open them in pse.  Then I go to File/process multiple files

    This process will save all of my open files to a new folder and save them as .jpgs

    Save and close the photos before using "Process Multiple Files".  If the photos are 16-bit RAW files, change their bit depth to 8-bit and save before processing multiple files.
