How do I get support for raw files for the Canon 5d mark 3?

    Download the free DNG Converter 6.7 RC and convert the files to DNG. Since you didn't bother to tell us what version of Photoshop you are using, that's the only answer I can give you.

    Thanks for that direction. I am using Lightroom 4 and CS5. The DNG converter works in CS5 but not in Lightroom 4.

    I think you need to download the standalone version of the DNG converter (6.7 RC) and use it to convert your raw files until the next update of Lightroom 4 is released. Then you should be able to import those DNG files into Lightroom.
