Why are Adobe impossible to speak to for help.

i've spent 2 hours on hold from an arranged call backa appointment service by adobe which clearly is a load of rubbish and given my number to numerous telephone advisors who stated someone in the help area would call me to let me start using my adobe product.

 

but no,  they clearly are not interested.

 

superb service thanks adobe.
