I bought the combined package, Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10. I received serial numbers for both. When I went to the download page, both products had serial numbers. However, only Photoshop Elements had the download button. Premier Elements had "not applicable". I started the downloading figuring since this was a combined purchase, the Premier Elements would download after Photoshop Elements. But that didn't happen. I can't download Premier Elements even though I paid for it. Later on the download page, there was an entry where you could download the software but the serial number was not next to it. I downloaded that and the files show up on my C: drive, but there it is not listed in my programs and the shortcut on my desktop is only a folder with all the files. I tried downloading several times, with the software being uninstalled and then installed again, but no luck. How do I get Premier Elements to load properly so I can use it?
