Ive opened LR 4...i cant seem to see them...but i can see them ok in LR3

Open your old LR3 in LR4. The catalog will be upgraded.

Some have reported not seeing their images in the filmstrip or Library after a first launch. Things tend to clear up after rebooting the computer.
