Have downloade Flash Player 11 several times but doesn't seem to function. I've tried to open several applications which requireFlash player and they all say to download it. Whats happenning? I'm using Windows 7.

Its an issue with IE. Try a different browser like chrome or firefox, it should work.

Have reinstalled and applications still don't recognize it and ask to install an update. Please advise.
