87 page pdf...help!

I have an 87 page pdf from a client with 87 seperate vector drawings. How can I open this in Illustrator CS5 without having to open the same file 87 times and copying each page to a seperate document? Please help!

Thanks, this looks like exactly what i was looking for! Unfortunately my company blocks the DL link on the bottom of his post...like they do with everything else. So I'll have to wait till I get home to try it out. Thank you very much for finding me that link.
