Best FP Version for my system?

I've been unsuccessful at using FP 11 on my Acer netbook - IE9(64bit), Windows7, AMD C-60 Processor. I've downloaded numerous times after trying multiple troubleshooting steps. I am now assuming that the processor's speed is too slow for the updated version 11and additional attempts are futile. I've uninstalled all remnants of FP on my computer - used Chris's guidance for a full uninstall. So, what version should I use - 10.3?

Are you having a problem installing or running on your netbook? You can definitely try 10.3, which you can find here:

http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp _10.3.183.18_archive.zip

Just unzip, go into the release folder and install the files named flashplayer10_3r183_18_win.exe and flashplayer10_3r183_18_winax.exe
