when the FLASH PLAYER install in half ,then fail

The Flash Player install in 50%it said(please close following progams to continue --internet explorer

Of course you need to close Internet Explorer during the install, as well as any messenger programs, Skype, etc.

If you still have problems, download the offline installer from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-pla yer-windows.html#Install_in_a_firewall_proxy_server_environment

If you need more help, please specify your Windows version & edition.
