Adobe flashplug-in always crashes when I am visiting neighbors while playing Cityville

Every time I play Cityville and vist my neighbors, somewhere along the way, the flash player plug-in crashes and I have to reload the page. I have uninstalled and re-instaled the most current version several times, but the problem still exists. Any suggestions?
