The same way that you export anything else. See this:

I'm guessing that you have a more specific question. Perhaps you're wondering how to export with an alpha channel. There's information about what formats can contain alpha channels here:

I'm guessing that you're new to After Effects. I recommend starting here to learn After Effects.
