I have just installed Elements 9 and have been using it successfully for about a week. Last night I installed "Classroom in a Book, The official training workbook from Adobe Systems" and began the lessons. Tonight when I tried to open the Editor, I got the following message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the applications support team for more information.
Then the entire program closes. I have no problem getting into and using the Organizer, but am unable to edit. I installed the updates hoping that would help and I have completely turned off the computer and removed the battery in hopes that would help, to no avail.
Can you help me with this problem?
