Problem with download, Please Help

Hi, im having a little difficulties downloading Photoshop Elements. I dont think it is Photoshop Elements causing the problem, might be my disk space or Adobe Download Assistant.

 

Heres a screenshot of the download assistant:

I check my disk space and there is: 47.2 GB of Free Space.
