It was hard to see from the video what was going on, but I can tell you don't have the camera parented to a Null Object.
I would recommend adding a nul object and using that as your camera control. Parent the camera to the null and see if that helps.
Please i do need advice on how to fix this!!!
Practice, practice, practice! Really. We all had to learn this stuff. using a parented camera might make things a bit easier, but it won't magically make your animation perfect.
