I am having the same issue.  I am running Window 7 and Explore 9.  When I am on the Flash Player Help page (Flash Player in Three Steps) the "Check Flash Player version on your computer" box is empty.  There is no error and no Flash Player version and no OS information.  Yet if I view Installed Programs in Control Panel I can see the "Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX" is installed.

    Please help.

STP2010: what is your operating system, version & edition?  What web browser(s) do you use?
