convert illustrator-made SFW to movie?

hey!

 

so i made a short animation in illustrator and saved it as an SWF. but now i need to incorporate it into a film and would like to convert it to mov, mpg, or any other video-friendly file. i've downloaded some third party apps but none of them are really working.

 

i have design standard installed on my computer...

    just google "swf to avi" or mov or wahtever. there is lot of small convert tools out there

    Place it After Effects and render it as a movie. Very easy efficient and works beautifully.

     

    You can do it from FDalsh as well but I am not sure of the qaulity of the result.

     

    I( did not try Premeire or Fireworks

    Fireworks no but Premiere pro yes works like a charm.

    yeah, the third party apps i tried were found via google. i don't have Premiere or Flash (i mentioned that i only have Design Standard) but i'll see if i can borrow it from a friend.

     

    if you have any other suggestions, i'll take em. thanks!
