Whats this effect and how to produce it?

I created this but dont remember how since I used a tutorial:

it is the shining effect (glow from bottom to top right)

please help!

    You could use quite light sweep, use beam or a blurred a narrow solid using the ad mode.

     

    The other light effect is just lens flair with the position animated.

    I dont have light sweep, I believe it was light sweep but dont know why its missing now! can you help me regain it?

    You lost the CC Light Sweep effect?

    Do you have any of the other CC effects?

    If they're not there, you may need to reinstall. (How do you lose plugins?)
