I recently upgraded to the PlusService. I integrated my Paypal account and have been verified.
Today, someone submitted the form, but managed to cancel the payment process. So I have her form data, but no money. Is there a way to make the payment mandatory?
Also, I never got a notification about this submission. The email address is correct and it's not in my spam filter.
Any information would be appreciated.
We don't send email notifications when a user submits data but doesn't complete the PayPal payment process. In that case, we don't get a call back from paypal so we can't send an email notification. We only send a notification if the payment was completed or the user specifically clicked cancel on the paypal check out page.
