Some of my clients do not have access to the internet and need to be able to complete the form via email preferrably a PDF, can you help?
We just added the ability to distribute your form as a fillable PDF form and have all of the data submitted back to FormsCentral. I wrote up a forum post that explains it in more detail: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/994199
Give it a try and please send us your feedback on it.

Randy thank you for this. I am looking for a PDF form to be sent to companies that do not have access to the internet but do have email. When the PDF form is returned to me and I can then send it to Adobe Central Forms so that the data is all in the same place as the same web based forms. Can this be done?
Tom
Thanks Randy but a web connection is required to allow the data to be submitted and they don’t have this. What would you recommend for that?
The best thing I can think of is sending the completed PDF to you/your database so that forms central DB can be populated.

Hi
We use laptops to deliver training with no internet access. Same laptops are used for multiple classes and different people take the classes. How would we capture course evaluations from different students in various classes offline using the above menthodology? Does each student have to save the form file with a different name to capture all the evaluation forms? I do understand that someone has to open the form file and hit Submit when internet connection is available to get the data into my form database. Thank you.
