You currently cannot save your FormsCentral form as a fillable PDF form. You would need to purchase Acrobat Standard and recreate the form in that application. Sorry that we couldn't help you in this situation.

We just added the ability to distribute your form as a fillable PDF form and have all of the data submitted back to FormsCentral. I wrote up a forum post that explains it in more detail: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/994199

Give it a try and please send us your feedback on it.

Hitting the submit button on the PDF form will submit the data to FormsCentral. You can do that yourself when you get the form back.

Sorry I wasn't precise enough in my reply. You would hit the submit button not the respondents. They would give it back to you and you would submit it on their behalf.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Hi

We use laptops to deliver training with no internet access. Same laptops are used for multiple classes and different people take the classes. How would we capture course evaluations from different students in various classes offline using the above menthodology? Does each student have to save the form file with a different name to capture all the evaluation forms? I do understand that someone has to open the form file and hit Submit when internet connection is available to get the data into my form database. Thank you.

Yes, each student would have to fill out and save their own copy.
