is anyone else having a problem with login or email? I cannot login and now my email accounts are not working, HELP ME
Did you recently merge the ID?

MS Outlook stopped send/recieve, and says login/password is incorrect

Please either provide the site you are are trying to access or the user ID that you are using.
There's no user ID "email@example.com" within our system. So I'll need to another ID or the site URL so I can confirm the correct details for you.
Or provide the case number you are referencing so I can see what is going on.
Not a problem just here to help.
To recap: Issue was the user wasn't assigned as an admin thus no access to the site. We've simply enabled access and everything now works.
