Super Nintendo in Flash

Hi everyone, I just open sourced a few Alchemy projects on github. Probably the neatest is a realtime port of SNES9x. Take a peek!

    Finally it is out!

    I saw FlashFreeType, too. Does that mean sdl_ttf can work with your flash sdl port now?

    I've tried and SDL_ttf works all right now, congratulations!

    Also, use flash to render font font for sdl may be another wiser way.

    The only thing left is SDL_mixer, but we can also use flash only to handle sound.

    Now we almost have a full functional SDL in flash, GREAT!

    hi emcmanus

    I get the libSNES9x.swc by compiling the source code, and then use it in as3 project.

    It works ok, but the FPS is only 25.

    Why?

    well know this thread is old but . i can compile libSNES9x.swc but then when i make a swf from it

     

    i get a black screen and no game shows but the orginal swf does.

    the controlls is all i really want to change on the orginal one if i can. or compile the one i have and make it work

    if anyone can help me.

     

    the result is 965kb of the one i compile into swf

    instead of 1097 kb from the orginal swf on https://s3.amazonaws.com/flashsnes/Snes.swf

    which plays games.

    Someone would have .FLA or FLEX project to pass me, I can not compile where the error or memory overflow. I thank you very much.
