Where is the cache file?

I am having weird problem.

 

Import file1.m2v into Encore, it shows it as 1 hour 15 min long

 

The actual file is only 1 hour long.  If I rename it to file2.m2v, import it again, it will be 1 hour long and working properly.

 

I've cleared the cache and deleted the 2 folders (Media Cache and Media Cache Files).  Still, the same observation.

 

Any hint?

    How did you export the file? I assume in the folder you are importing "file 1.m2v" that you have something like "file 1.xmpses" etc.

    It's exported by AME.  Yes there is file1.xmpses but not file 2.  Is that the problem?

    The "extra" files are what provide certain information about the file. The information should be the same.

     

    I don't think it has anything to do with the cache, although clearing it would not hurt.
