Viewer builder - missing menu

In viewer builder I am missing many things. The "Entitlement", "Entitlement details", "Subscription details" menu buttons are all missing. And in the "Viewer details" menu, I am missing "Viewer type", "Viewer title", "Adobe ID", and "Password". Can anyone tell me why?

    Do you have a pro or enterprise account?

    Are you building from scratch or editing an existing viewer?

    Editing an existing viewer to be updated for v19 got me similar problems, a

    few buttons did not appear.

    Starting a new viewer helped me.

    I have a pro account, and I have made everything from scratch. I have looked at all the help videos and files I can find, and I have done everything correctly, but it still doesn't work.

    Did you sign in to Viewer Builder with an account that has a Viewer Builder role? If so, are you creating a new app or editing an existing app?

    I alsow haveto say that everything works perfectly untill i try to test the app on my ipad.

    How can I find out if I have a viewer builder role? I am the only one working on this app. I should have all the rights, but maybe there are something I have overlooked? I am creating a new app.
