After Purchase, 'Waiting To Download' Screen Appears

So I have a new issue out and, when someone clicks 'Buy' or 'Download' (if they're already a subscriber) they just get a very fast download screen and then the option to 'View'

 

When you tap 'view' it just says 'Waiting To Download' and nothing happens. See screenshot to know what I mean.

 

Any ideas? Is Adobe having trouble with its servers?

    Can't say I've seen this. Only thing I can recommend on your end is to try updating your folio that is published on the distribution server. Did it download fine in the content viewer when set to private and published on the distribution server?

    Yea it was very odd. I also had never seen it! To fix it, I deleted the folio and re-uploaded everything from scratch. Now it's working fine. Very strange though.
