RED EPIC Importer no audio

I followed the detailed instructions for using the RED EPIC Importer, and still no audio in Premiere with EPIC 5K, is there anything that I am missing out on doing after manual install and reboot?

 

I am using Premiere Pro 5.5.2 on a MacPro running OS 10.6.8 with two NVIDIA Quadro 4000s

    It sounds like the ImporterREDServer.app might not have been copied into the app bundle. Check that first (you have to copy both the ImporterRED.bundle into the Plug-ins/Common folder as well as copy in the ImporterREDServer.app.

    I put the three elements in the app bundle in the appropriate folders withing the Contents of the application: ImporterRED.bundle, ImporterRED.server and the 5K sequence preset folders. No luck and no change as far as the ability to hear audio or see the waveforms in  a sequence.

    If you can supply a small sample file I can take a look and see what might be going wrong.

    Just let me know what format the sample file should be in and where to send it and I will post one to you.

    I am also not getting audio when I output the clip from REDCINEX. I can send you a link via yousendit to the R3D.
