Top nav not available in content viewer

Hi all

 

I'm working in a 2048 folio containing 1024 res articles, which are being scaled up, with the latest drop. From time to time, when in the app on the contnet viewer, the whole 'tap to display nav' function fails to work, and there is no way to get back into the content viewer nav options. I have to delete and reinstall the folio. Any ideas? It happens infrequently, but this is around the tenth time so far.
